Overview

In order to manage financial aid for colleges in the US online, myStudentAid provides students and parents with a fintech solution. My responsibilities as Product Manager included managing FSA's mobile app (available in app stores), WebApp strategy, and authentication and login experience for StudentAid.gov. This required me to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Design, Engineering, QA, and User Research, to ensure that we were prioritizing the right features that would provide the best user experience and maximize customer satisfaction.
